STEP 1: OPEN THE IMAGE
Open the image you want to edit in Photoshop.

STEP 2: ART TEXTURE OVERLAY
Drag and drop the Art Texture Overlay on the document you are working on.
When the image appears in Photoshop, it already has it’s “handles” active which will allow you to resize it to the needed size.
Click on the checkmark on the upper menu bar (or Enter) when you satisfied.
Use the move tool to drag the image.

You can rotate it, zoom in or out… any manipulation you want to get the best look

STEP 3: BLENDING MODE
Change the blending mode of the texture layer to Overlay or any other (Multiply, Screen…)
Adjust opacity as needed.

STEP 4: RETOUCH
Now we have to remove texture traces from the face but leave overlay tone.
I’ll implement the following steps:
• Choose a selection tool like Lasso tool
• Select the part of the image which you want to remove the texture
• Go to Filter – Blur – Gaussian Blur
• In the dialogue box that opens, select a large value so that the texture is not visible

STEP 5: SAVE FILE
